再生育人群卵巢储备功能的影响因子分析

         

摘要

Objective To explore the influencing factors of low ovarian reserve function(DOR)in reproductive population and the value of serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)in predicting ovarian reserve function in reproductive population. Methods 200 cases of reproductive population aged 30 to 45 years were selected for statistical analysis of age,adverse pregnancy history,serum sex hormones,AMH content and sinus follicle count(AFC). Results The age of reproductive population mainly concentrated in 35-39 years old(76%);the proportion of ovarian dysfunction and adverse pregnancy history increased in reproductive population,and the number of adverse pregnancy increased with age. With the increase of age,the proportion of ovarian dysfunction increased(60%). The correlation analysis showed that age,follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),FSH/luteinizing hormone(LH)were negatively correlated with AMH,while AFC was positively correlated with AMH(P age > FSH/LH > FSH. AMH,and AFC was negatively correlated with age,number of adverse pregnancy was positively correlated with age,there was a significant correlation(PAFC>bad times of pregnancy. Conclusion Serum AMH level can be used as one of the early clinical predictors of DOR in reproductive population.%目的 探讨再生育人群卵巢储备功能低下(DOR)发生的各个影响因素,以及血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)预测再生育人群卵巢储备功能的应用价值.方法 选择年龄30~45岁的再生育人群200例,对其进行年龄、不良妊娠史、血清性激素及AMH含量、窦卵泡计数(AFC)等指标统计分析的调查研究.结果 再生育人群年龄主要集中在35~39岁(76%);再生育人群发生卵巢功能下降的比例和不良妊娠史比例增大,且不良妊娠次数随年龄增大而增加;再生育人群随着年龄增大,卵巢功能下降比例增高(60%);各指标间相关性分析显示:年龄、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、FSH/黄体生成素(LH)与AMH呈负相关,AFC与AMH呈正相关,相关性均有统计学意义(P年龄>FSH/LH>FSH.AMH、AFC与年龄呈负相关,不良妊娠次数与年龄呈正相关,相关性均有统计学意义(PAFC>不良妊娠次数.结论 血清AMH水平可作为再生育人群临床早期预测DOR的指标之一.
