目的 研究CLDN10基因的表达水平与甲状腺肿瘤发生发展的相关性.方法 观察2015年7月至2018年5月接受手术治疗的50例甲状腺结节患者、50例甲状腺癌、50例健康人的 CLDN10基因的表达水平,利用ELISA法及real time -PCR进行检测,并通过单因素方差分析以及多因素统计分析方法.结果 ELISA法测CLDN10蛋白甲状腺乳头状癌组阳性率(40%,P0.05),与淋巴结转移(P0.05),lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)and invasion of thyroid glands.(P<0.05) and calcification point(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression level of CLDN10 gene is correlated with the occurrence and development of thyroid nodules and thyroid carcinoma. It is useful for the diagnosis,prevention and clinical treatment of thyroid nodules and thyroid carcinoma.
