With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of the degree of higher education opening to the outside world ,education of overseas students in China starts to have a vigorous development .In recent years ,the number of medical overseas students in China particularly maintains rapid growth .The subsequent increasing number of overseas students in China also brings a great challenge forour education administration .Our work is focus on how to improve the teaching quality and how to train qualified international medical talents .This paper discuss the problems currently exist in clinical medical over-seas students education in our universityand it’ssolution strategies .%随着中国经济的快速发展以及高等教育对外开放程度的提高，来华留学生教育也随之蓬勃发展。近年来，尤其是来华医学类留学生数量保持较快增长的趋势。来华留学生的数量增多，也给留学生的教育管理带来了巨大的挑战。如何提高教学质量，培养合格的国际医学人才是工作的重心。本文浅谈目前我校临床医学留学生（MBBS ）教学环节存在的问题及解决策略。
