Objective] try to discuss the efficiency of metal titanic clip in treating acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleed-ing (ANVUGIB) in endoscopic therapy .[Method] Retrospectively analyze 71 patients admitted in our hospital from august 2011 to august 2014 ,who has been diagnosed ANVUGIB and treated with metal titanic clips by endoscopy under direct vision . [Result] success rate of stopping bleeding in early stage in these patients is 100% .One patient had rehaemorrhagia after 96h . Rehaemorrhagia rate is 1.4% .Every case need 2 to 7 clips .None of these patients need Surgical Treatment or get perforation or other complications [Conclusion] using metal titanic clip treating ANVUGIB by endoscopic therapy is an effective approach . With easy operation as well as high security and reliability ,it is worthy of being widely applied in clinic .%目的：探讨经内镜金属钛夹治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效。方法：对本院2011年8月至2014年8月经胃镜检查诊断为急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血并经胃镜直视下使用金属钛夹止血的71例患者的临床治疗及结果进行回顾性分析。结果：71例早期止血成功率为100％，96h后再止血1例，再出血率为1.4％。每例使用钛夹2～7枚，共使用钛夹213枚，无1例转外科手术治疗，无穿孔及其它并发症。结论：经内镜金属钛夹治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血是一种积极有效的方法，操作简单，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
