目的：探讨胸腔镜在肺隔离症外科治疗中的应用价值。方法对2008-03-2012-03收治的32例肺隔离症患者行胸腔镜下外科手术治疗，对肺隔离症的临床表现和诊断、胸腔镜手术治疗的临床价值和注意事项作一分析。结果32例患者病变均位于下肺叶，其中右下肺13例，左下肺19例，叶内型27例，叶外形5例；32例患者均经胸腔镜手术切除病灶，无中转开胸病例，术后无严重并发症，术后平均住院日6.1d。结论在胸腔镜下手术可为存在粘连的肺隔离症患者提供较好的手术视野，是一种微创、安全有效的治疗方法。%Objective The purpose of this report is to describe our experience with video- assisted thoracoscopic surgery for pulmonary sequestration. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 32 pulmonary sequestration patients who received video assisted thoracoscopic surgery between March 2008 and March 2012. Results Lesions were al located in lower lobe. 13 cases were on the right and 19 cases were on the left. 27 of them were intralobar pulmonary sequestration, and 5 of them were extralo-bar pulmonary sequestration. 32 patients al achieved successful resection. Average hospital stay was 6.1 days,There were no severe postoperative complications, no conversion to thoracotomy was needed for al the patients. Conclusion Our study indi-cate that:(1).video assisted thoracoscopic surgery provided a better visualization for intrathoracic adhesive patients, (2).VATS is a feasible and minimal invasive, it should be considered for pulmonary sequestration patients.
