Objective To investigate the effects of sensory integration training on the gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods Forty eight children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (n=24) and control group (n=24).Both groups received routine rehabilitation training,while the treatment group also underwent sensory integration training. Gross motor function was tested before and 12 weeks after treatment by GMFM-66 in both groups. Results There were no significant differences in gender, age, type and before treatment GMFM-66 scores between two groups (P >0.05).The gross motor function was improved after treatment in both group (P<0.05); while that was more markedly in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sensory integration training can further improve the gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.% 目的探讨感觉统合训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)患儿粗大运动功能的影响.方法选取48例痉挛型脑瘫患儿，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各24例.两组患儿均进行常规康复治疗，治疗组在此基础上增加感觉统合训练.分别于治疗前、治疗12周后采用粗大运动功能量表66项(GMFM-66)对两组患儿进行粗大运动功能评定.结果治疗12周后，两组患儿GMFM-66评分均较前有所改善，且治疗组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论感觉统合训练可以改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的粗大运动功能.
