摘要

An essay and an interview comprise this issue's Essays, Dialogues, and Interviews section. As seasoned AMLE authors, Bob Rubin and Erich Dierdorff's articles are always sure to be relevant to management learning and education and to be inspiring, thoughtful, and well written. This article does not disappoint. In "On the Road to Abilene: Time to Manage Agreement About MBA Curricular Relevance," Rubin and Dierdorff address a topic that is relevant to most faculty. They play on the idea of the "Abilene paradox," in which, through failure to communicate, a group of people wind up going someplace that no one wants to go.
