A little more than a year and a half has passed since J.H. Cohn and Reznick Group officially committed to come together and form CohnReznick LLP. Combining two firms, two systems, two office cultures and two executives presented a significant challenge - so it's a good thing that CohnReznick's co-chief executive officers, Ken Baggett and Tom Marino, were able to work together to make sure the process stayed on track. Baggett and Marino have known each other for 15 years, which makes it easier for the two to work side by side as co-CEOs. "I never thought it would work as well as it would work," said Marino, who was never an advocate of co-leadership roles. "In this case, I was remarkably wrong because it worked."
