Almost everyone agrees that most software users can use only a small part of the features that business applications provide. "The thing I hear the most is that customers are only using a fraction of what our software will do, which I am sure has to be the case," says Tom Davis, a Valdosta, Ga.-based CPA whose Knowledge Concepts software operations market the Firmworks practice management application.
