Welcome to another edition of E-Resource Round Up! This issue's column features a great variety of topics related to e-resources, with reports from the 2013 Innovative Users Group meeting, the 2013 Electronic Resources and Libraries conference, and the 2013 Texas Library Association conference. There are also contributions discussing tools of the trade in electronic librarianship; relationships between librarians, vendors and their respective goals; a perspective on JSTOR, university presses, and the state of serials; and a piece on the Panama Canal Center of Excellence at the University of Florida.
