摘要

Over the past few years, the bottom-up approach for the synthesis of low-dimensional semiconductor materials has attracted great attention. Semiconductor nanomaterials have unique optical, magnetic, and electrochemical properties.'1'5' These properties strongly depend on the size and shape of the nanoparticles, but stability as well as control of size and shape of nanomaterials are yet to be achieved, although limited control seems to be possible using different surfactants and other ligands.
