摘要

Different zeolite types such as LTA, FAU, MOR and MFI were synthesized by using seeding technique. The introduction of seed into gel led to the change of the nucle-ation mechanism as well as crystallization kinetics. Thus, crystallization time of all zeolite types was considerably reduced in comparison to the conventional methods (without using seeds). XRD, IR and SEM techniques were used to characterize synthesized products. From characterizing results, it has shown that the characteristics of zeolites prepared by seeding technique were similar to those of zeolites prepared by conventional methods. Especially, the crystal size of products strongly depends on seed concentration.
