The Mechanics of Aeronautical Composite Materials, a book authored by C. Bouvet, presents the reader with a very concise summary of the basic elements required for understanding the analysis and sizing of aerostructures made of laminated fibre reinforced plastics. The topic of structural analysis of composite materials can seem very daunting to audiences when they are first introduced to it.
