Russia-based AirBridgeCargo increased the frequency of its scheduled 747 freighter service to Singapore to three times weekly, as of April 1. Citing strong demand for the added weekly departure, ABC's new Friday service to Singapore from its Moscow hub will complement its existing Sunday and Thursday flights. Robert van de Weg, ABC's senior vice president, sales and marketing, said: "Since the very start of our services, we have witnessed strong demand from our customers on routes to and from Singapore, more than 1,200 tonnes of cargo monthly."
