Lockheed Martin engineers inspecting the F-16C Block 50 airframe soon to undergo a 12,000-hour full-scale durability test discovered the aircraft's left wing was not original to the airframe. "The left wing was installed onto the aircraft postproduction," said Air Force spokesman Richard Essary at Hill AFB, Utah.
