Iran is building a low-flying land attack cruise missile that can be armed with a non-conventional warhead, according to Alien Herzog, the director of Israel's Homa (Fortress Wall) missile defence agency, speaking at a conference in Jerusalem on November 30, 2011. He was quoted in the Israeli press as saying: "The Iranians are developing a capability that within several years will give them cruise missiles that can fly at low altitudes and carry non-conventional warheads."
