On February 24, 2012 (77 FR 11039-11061), EPA re-proposed confidentiality determinations for greenhouse gas data elements reported by the petroleum and natural gas systems category. Under CAA Section Il4(c), emission data and other information that is reported to EPA is generally available to the public, unless the entity submitting the data can show that the data are either a trade secret or confidential business information.
