(TIACA) said a German court's decision last month to uphold a night-flight ban at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) will likely result in "economic and environmental damage" and reduced investment in FRA by cargo airlines. The court upheld a nightly 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. ban on flights that is intended to alleviate noise concerns around FRA, but TIACA noted those hours are "prime time for freighter movements."
