Airlines continued to bear the financial impact of the Boeing 737 MAX grounding into the fall as new FAA administrator Steve Dickson said there is no timeline for returning the aircraft to service. Dickson, who was sworn in Aug. 12, said he would not allow the MAX-grounded since March-to reenter commercial service until he was "completely assured that it is safe to do so."
