PASSENGERS BOARDING VIRGIN Australia's aircraft for the first time with the new look interiors often believe they are on the wrong airline. According to Virgin Australia CEO John Borghetti, the passengers unaware of the airline's massive makeover stop at the door and apologize for boarding the wrong aircraft. "When our staff says no you're on the right airline, they insist they can't be because they are fly ing Virgin Blue," Borghetti said.
