Complying with a stern federal appeals court order issuedin 2020, the FAA on July 29 announced in the Federal Registerthe availability of draft Air Tour Management Plans forMount Rainier National Park, Death Valley National Park,Everglades National Park, and Olympic National Park.FAA also announced that it will accept public commentson these draft Air Tour Management Plan for 30 days fromthe date of publication of its notice (until Aug. 28) and willhold virtual public meetings on the draft plans in mid to lateAugust.
