The 7,000th BOEING 737 was delivered in December, to flydubai. This 737-800 (A6-FDW; YR014, In 3868, msn 40250) is flydubai's 14th Dash 800 with the Boeing Sky Interior. Orders for the 737, including the 737 MAX to be powered by the CFM International LEAP-IB, now stand at more than 9,300, making it the most widely used airliner in the world. The production rate is currently 35 aircraft per month and set to increase to 42 a month in the first half of 2014.
