In November 207 7 the Nationaal Luchtvaart-Themapark Aviodrome in Lelystad, The Netherlands, was forced to file for bankruptcy because of lack of revenue caused by attendance and lack of event bookings. Fortunately, for now at least, this unique display of Dutch aviation treasures will remain intact and open to the public, says director Alwin Niemeijer, and talks continue with 'serious parties' to take over the enterprise.
