摘要

Let R be a commutative ring and M an unital R-module. M is called co-Hopfian if any injective cndomorphism of M is an isomorphism. M is called weakly co-Hopfian if any injective endomorphism of M is essential. The ring R is called SCI-ring if any co-Hopfian R-module is finitely cogenerated. R is called weakly SCI-ring if any weakly co-Hopfian R-module if finitely cogenerated. In this note we show that a commutative ring R is a weakly SCI-ring if and only if it is an Artinian principal ideal ring.
