With the increasing amount of clarification on the rules and regulations that govern our industry there are a few areas in which definitions and compliance methods are still a little "up in the air." (Please pardon the lifting pun.) One of these is that of suspended loads. Do we truly understand when a load is suspended or when a load ceases to be suspended? Are there differences of opinion on this topic?
