1. The majority of countries across Latin America are or have been in a state of lockdown,due to the spread of Covid-19 across the region.2. These lockdowns or stay at home orders have highlighted the value of e-Commerce,with consumers required to remain in their homes and so they have been utilising e-Commerce as a way shop, especially for non-essential goods and it is stores that sellthese products which have mostly been shuttered.3. We believe that due to more consumers engaging with e-Commerce during lockdowns,there will be a greater pool for e-Commerce players to seek to remain engaged withwhen lockdowns are eased and bricks and mortar stores re-open.
