Investment in Peru’s e-grocery sector will be driven by its attractive demographics profile (a large and young urban population), as well as by a rise in connectivity with greater Internet access. 3. While the share of low-income households remains large, we note that disposable incomes are increasing, which will fuel for egrocery adoption over the coming years.
