摘要

Famotidine is histamine of H2-receptor antagonist. The formation of Ni(Ⅱ) complex with famotidine has been studied spectrophotometrically at an absorption maximum of 426 nm at different temperatures. The data shows that Ni(II) and famotidine combine in the molar ratio of 1:4. The stability constants of the complex were calculated to be 1.25 - 1.50 × 10~(12) by continuous variation method and 3.0 - 3.20 ×10~(12) by mole ratio method at 25 and 40 ℃, respectively.
