Encircled by 5 subway stations and located at the endpoint of the Naka-dori street, the project site is the front gateway of the Otemachi. The project with 200m high The Otemachi Tower and 3,600m~2 of The Otemachi Forest on its foot envisioned the leading urban form by adopting the Special Urban Redevelopment Zone. The building consists of high-grade intelligent office, the ultimate luxury hotel, and the underground commercial floor. The Plaza with the 4-level atrium links 5 subway stations and creates the public intermediate space filled with the sunlight and integrated with The Otemachi Forest above ground.
