摘要

The third Regional Workshop on Engineering Fundamentals for Broadcasters was held in Kuala Lumpur from 7th to 11th November 2016. The workshop has taken recent developments in to account by incorporating sessions to impart knowledge on Information Technologies (IT) and Internet Protocol (IP) based services for media broadcasting. Another important aspect to note is that while the course was offered free of charge to AIBD and ABU members, respective organisations looked after the cost of travel and accommodation.
