The global economic situation remains uncertain, and governments around the world are beginning to feel the heat, or are already in the hot seat. As the global economy, and with future of oil and gas industry forecasted to be unpredictable, governments are stretching the value of their money to get more bangs for the buck. Budget cuts are prevalent all across government departments to save for the days ahead. And the militaries are not spared either. Although many countries are increasing their defence budgets, they are still looking into ways to save operating costs.
