No,that's not a typo. It's a premise. Which is this: Strong values, if treated as something beyond a few lines on a motivational poster, actually add value to your bottom line. It would make a good graduate banking school thesis to attempt to quantify the financial impact of good values to an organization. A "value proposition" usually refers to the relationship of price to usefulness. But value also refers to a principle or quality considered worthwhile-in other words, "values."
