Paul Mascall, Managing Director of Air Solutions International, has had more than his share of job changes resulting from takeovers and other upheavals in the HVAC&R industry in the last four decades. The result is that he is now doing what he originally set out to achieve - running his own independent company in a field where his expertise and ability is nationally acknowledged. His professional life has probably seen more than the average number of highs and lows - but throughout it all he has been noted for his balance, common sense and humour, helped enormously by the knowledge that he has always been supported by a close and loving family.
