Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary and Norwegian CEO Bjoern Kjos, attending the Airlines for Europe (A4E) Aviation Summit in Brussels in February, were repeatedly asked when and how they would somehow link their networks. The notion behind the question is that something really huge and, for competitors, very scary is about to emerge in European air travel.
