The DX7s is an entirely new radio compared to the original, and is far better in every way. Spektrum has again raised the bar and brought features to the sport pilot that have only been available on higher priced radios. With the reliability of the DSMX system and the addition of telemetry capability, coupled with compatibility with older DSM2 receivers, this radio gives the buyer every reason to be excited. With the smooth action of the quad-bearing gimbals and ease of programming, I felt like I had a $1,000 radio in my hands!
