I wanted to say thank you for your recent review of the new FlyZone Cessna 182 Skylane (May 2009). I first learned to fly in a Skylane and in 1975 I soloed. It was a very exciting experience and I have always loved flying both full-scale and with RC models. I lost my medical certificate to fly and so I no longer have my "ticket," but my love for the Cessna 182 has remained. I had been looking for an RC version for a while but this one has ended my search. It looks great and according to the review by Jason Benson, it appears to fly just as well. I can not wait for my Skylane to come in-I ordered one from my local hobby shop right after I read your May 2009 issue! Thanks again for a great read.
