KPF's stalled £1 billion Pinnacle tower development in the City is set to retain its distinctive "helter skelter" design despite an extensive review process to trim costs. The review is now largely complete, with no significant changes to be made to the exterior of the tower, according to a report in BD's sister paper, Building. The 63-storey spiral was due to be the City's tallest building but work ground to a halt nearly two years ago after finance dried up.
