While designing fluxed shading devices, both visual and climatic omfort conditions should be taken into consideration. The subject which shading device would be more efficient under certain climatic conditions requries the cvalculaiton of daylight availability and daylight glare index in the rooms. An optimum determination for the alternative can only be made through this way. This article covers a mathematical model of designing fixed shading devices from two aspects: xlimatic and visual.
