The newly formed Ontario Distribution Sector Review Panel, as tasked by the provinces Minister of Energy, Chris Bentley, is reviewing the electricity sector over the coming year. However, the combined structure that is the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Ontario is unique and therefore faces many challenges.
