The largest amount of smuggled nuclear-weapon usable material discovered to date was found in mid-December in a dark blue Volvo limousine parked on the street in Prague. The police, tipped off by Interpol that the material had been at large for several weeks and was still awaiting a buyer, seized two simple, unlined metal canisters, labeled in Cyrillic script, that were plopped on the back seat of the car.
