The effect of Saprolegnia parasitica on Tilipia nilotica after treatment with copper sulphate was studied for 3 weeks. The obtained results showed a significant increase in copper, sodium, cortisol, urea as well as ALT and AST. It was concluded that copper sulphate (1 p.p.m.) used for treatment of Saprolegnia infestation in Tilipia nilotica, produces metabolic stress, cell damage with malfunction of haemopautic system. Microbiological examination revealed presece of Streptococcus pyogens 35% Staphylococci 20% and Aeromonas hydrophylia 45%. We can conclude that in Tilipia nilotica reared on low CHO diet there was hypergylcemia due to increase of insulin and cortisol hormone. (Macro-cytic hypochronic anemia was observed in fish in 2nd and 3rd week of treatment of copper sulphate (1 ppm.). The hemogram shows retucolocy-tosis and on increase of MCV and decrease of HB%. PCV and RBCs count. Pathological changes before treatment with copper sulphate 1 ppm. Showing presence of cotton white patches on the body of fish and internal organs due to presence of Saproegnia parasitica after treatment with copper sulphate 1 ppm. The white patches disappear after 7 days while there was lossing of scales and petichial haemorhage in some part of skin, ascitis and errossion due to complication of bacterial infection.
