Étude d'une petite collection (15 espèces) de Bryozoaires provenant essentiellement des îles Gambier (Polynésie Française), et probablement constituée par le zoologiste français Jules Jullien en 1885 et 1889. La plupart de ces espèces étant encore inconnues de cet archipel, ce travail représente une contribution notable à la connaissance de la biodiversité du Territoire. Remarques sur la biogéographie des Bryozoaires de Polynésie Française.%The collections of recent Bryozoa preserved in the National Museum of Natural History, Paris, contain several specimens collected near the Gambier Islands at the end of the XIXth century (1885 and 1889), probably by the French zoologist Jules Jullien (1842-1897), who served as ship's doctor on various expeditions at this time. Fourteen species have been collected, all new to the Gambier Islands, one of which is described here as Disporella julesi sp. nov. Ten of these species have not been recorded before from French Polynesia, and this collection allows the bryozoan fauna of Gambier Islands to be compared with those of the other archipels of French Polynesia. Currently, 58 species of Bryozoa are known in French Polynesia, belonging to 45 genera and 33 families. The wide distribution of the species in a large number of taxa scattered throughout the systematics of the Bryozoa suggests that it is a relict fauna.
