摘要

Der Beitrag stellt einen Kreislaufansatz zum Management work-flowbasierter Prozesse vor. Der Ansatz bietet eine methodische und technische Unterstützung für alle Phasen im Lebenszyklus eines Prozesses. Hierzu gehören neben der Modellierung auch die Prozeßeinführung, die Steuerung im operativen Betrieb und das Mo- nitoring des Prozesses. Wesentliche Komponenten des Ansatzes sind ein Modell zur datentechnischen Integration von Modellierungswerkzeugen und Workflow-Systemen sowie ein kennzahlenbasiertes Informationssystem zur Prozeßevaluierung basierend auf den Laufzeitprotokollen des Workflow-Systems.%This article presents a model for the management of workflow based processes. The approach offers methodical and technical support for the whole process' life cycle including the modelling, implementation and monitoring phase. Built on two es- sential components this approach incorporates an integration model for process modelling tools and workflow systems as well as a ratio-based information system for effective process evaluation based on the workflow system's run-time-protocols.
