摘要

Der Beitrag stellt ein Werkzeug vor, das einen einfachen Modellierungsrahmen für die Einführung eines Workflow-Management-Systems bietet. Konzeptionelle Basis ist ein Paradigmenwechsel von einer Vorgangs- hin zu einer doku-mentenorientierten Geschäftsprozeßanalyse und -modellierung. Letztere stellt das Dokument in den Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung und legt in Analogie zu Enderzeugnissen im Fertigungsprozeß für das informationelle Produkt Dokument „Stücklisten" (Daten-/Do-kumentenstruktur) und „Arbeitspläne" (Aktivitäten mit beteiligten Bearbeitern/ Anwendungssystemen) an. Am Beispiel des Geschäftsprozesses „Anfrage-/Angebots-abwicklung" eines Maschinenbauunternehmens werden die Analyseergebnisse dieses Werkzeuges transparent.%This article presents a tool which includes a framework for introducing a work-flow-management-system. Bottom line follows to document-oriented analysis and modeling business processes. That is to concentrate on the object document while modeling processes. According to products during the manufacturing phases the informational "product" document also refers to a "bill of material" (data and document structure) and a "produc-tion schedule" (actions including related employees resp. application systems). The offer processing of a machine tool company serves as an example in order to clarify the results.
