Egan Food Technologies will highlight its full line of confectionery and baking processing equipment at this year's PMCA show. A new exhibitor, the company specializes in chocolate moulding, depositing, slab-bar forming and extruding equipment, all of which are manufactured and serviced in the USA. "At PMCA, we'll be introducing Egan Food Technologies to manufacturers who may not be aware of the equipment that's available close to home," says Mike Sherd, the company's managing partner. "We're proud to be showcasing our American-made machines, and to help customers end the hassles of going overseas for their processing equipment needs."
