The Ladco Group will be exhibiting a selection of machinery and discussing its wide range of products manufactured by the Petzholdt Heidenauer, MacIntyre Chocolate Systems and Beetz Mixing Technology companies under its umbrella. Petzholdt will showcase the following equipment during the show: The Pre-Refiner HVS 100 is a fully automatic machine for pre-refining of chocolate pastes for high throughputs and uniform fineness results. Features include: a fixed gap device for fineness settings; a dialog-orientated operation with LCD/soft-touch pane; a storage tank with dosing flap (self-adjusting and pneumatic); and a screw conveyor for the transportation of the pre-grinded chocolate paste, easy to erect and operate.
