When Candy Industry last visited Mads Hedstrom, president of A.E. Nielsen, four years ago, the then 35-year-old executive referred to the company's line of equipment as "work horses of the industry." And while that analogy still applies to many of the company's enrobers, cooling tunnels, roller depositors, chocolate tanks and moulding lines, it's clear that customers are asking for more speed and capacity from the Farum, Denmark-based manufacturer.
