Unlike typical ingredient producers, the GELITA Group, headquartered in Eberbach, Germany, focuses not only on the properties of gelatin itself, but anticipates the requirements of the market for successful and innovative products. For this purpose GELITA develops proactive ideas for gelatin products as a special service to its customers. On one hand, this could be enhanced traditional gelatin items such as fruit gums, e.g. two-component dessert gums with different flavors, caramel-filled milk gums or chocolate gums.
