摘要

Some psychologists believe that the subconscious mind tries to contact its conscious counterpart on an ongoing basis. Despite this continu-ous onslaught, rarely do those subconscious musings break through our conscious thought patterns or emotions. Often they are drowned out by the day's tasks, which in recent years have taken tidal wave proportions thanks to multi-tasking and information streaming. Nevertheless, the act of doodling can provide an escape hatch for those subconscious thoughts to surface into the conscious world. According to Carl Jung, noted Swedish psychiatrist and psychologist, doodles can reveal critical characteristics and feelings about an individual.
