摘要

In the research of the dynamic systems on the curved surface, ergodic characters are important aspects in the understanding of the characteristics of dynamic systems. There has been much applied work. Specially, Yu gave a sufficient condition of unique ergodicity for C~0 flows without a singular point on the torus, while when there is a singular point on the torus, Oxtoby only got some ergodic characters for Stepanoff flows. In this note we deal with general systems with a singular point on the torus.
